A group of Orlando, FL contractors work together with Service Allies to get 957 restoration leads with projects that can be covered through homeowners insurance.

In December of 2021, a few restoration contractors in Orlando, Florida teamed up and hired Service Allies to generate leads for them. Since they didn’t want to advertise their business name directly, we set up a separate brand to generate leads from. They started getting leads right away.

At the time of writing, they’ve received a total of 957 leads at an average cost of $45.51 per lead, and their ads have been seen 1,003,310 times! We are still running ads for them to this day.

These campaigns included ads for duct cleaning, drywall repair, mold testing, and more. Their business model is to do an initial home inspection for customers and help them find repairs and remodels that can be covered through insurance. They use our lead management system to track, update, and schedule home inspections with their leads.

How to Have Success with Flooring Leads

Here are some items that will help you be more successful on Service Allies’ flooring leads program. 

1. Get Pictures of Your Work

Having project photos (especially before and after photos) to feature in ads will help us get leads on your behalf. For homeowners in the market, before and after photos help give them the confidence to work with your company. 

If you don’t have a good collection of photos yet, we can still get leads on your behalf with stock photos. But real photos are always best.

If you don’t have professional photography equipment, no problem. Photos taken by your phone will do just fine. In some cases, they will work even better, since they look authentic to potential customers. Start getting photos as soon as possible to maximize your success on our program!

2. Good Follow-Up

In order for leads to buy from you, you need three things: they need to be qualified, they need to see you, and they need to trust you. Getting qualified leads is what Service Allies does; it’s on you to consistently follow up to be visible and be trusted.

3. Good Reviews

Not everyone who sees your ad will turn into a lead. But some homeowners are more prone to do research first. These prospects might see your ad, but click off of Facebook and look you up online before reaching out. Having good company reviews will give these prospects more confidence to reach out to your company.

If you don’t already have good reviews, spend some time asking your customers and start building up that rating. 

4. An Effective Sales Process

Turning leads into paying customers is a process. To effectively sell to homeowners, make sure to take time asking questions and listening, and making sure you understand exactly what their wants and needs are. It’s also good practice to establish a clear next step at the end of the sales call if they don’t decide to buy on the spot.

5. Availability

An effective ad we’ve run for different types of services is “we’re looking for projects to start right away!” Since a lot of contractors are booked out 1-3 months or more, you gain an advantage by having availability to start new projects sooner.
