How our pricing works
There are two numbers to think about. The first is your ad spend, which goes straight to Meta and is what actually buys the leads. The second is our management fee, which covers building the campaigns, writing and testing the creative, managing your budget, and the lead management system your team works out of.
Your management fee depends on which package you select, so we cover that on the demo call once we know what your market looks like and what you actually need. There is no long term commitment either way. Service Allies is month to month.

What to Expect
Typical cost per HVAC lead, ad spend only
Recommended monthly ad spend to start
Time from launch to your first leads
What drives your cost per lead
Fifty dollars and a hundred and fifty dollars are a long way apart. Six things decide where inside that range you actually land.
Your market
A dense metro with hundreds of thousands of homeowners behaves very differently from a rural service area where there are only a few thousand people we can realistically reach. Smaller audiences get saturated faster, and saturation raises cost.
Your competition
The more HVAC companies bidding for attention in your area, the more each impression costs. That works its way straight down into what you pay per lead.
Your offer
A tune up special will almost always generate cheaper leads than a system replacement campaign. Replacement leads cost more because they are worth far more per job, so the higher number is usually the better deal.
The season
During peak heat and peak cold, homeowners are already thinking about their system and leads get cheaper. Shoulder season costs more per lead, which is exactly when a tune up offer earns its keep.
Your service radius
A tight radius protects lead quality but raises your cost per lead. A wider one brings the cost down and lets more out of area leads through. We tune this deliberately rather than guessing.
Your creative
Ad creative wears out. When the same image runs too long, cost per lead climbs. Refreshing creative on a schedule is one of the most reliable ways to hold your number down.
What you pay Service Allies
Our management fee depends on the package you choose, which is why there is no single number printed on this page. You will know the exact figure on the demo call, before you commit to anything, along with an honest read on what your market can realistically produce.
In every package
Campaign build and ongoing management. Ad creative written and tested for your market. Budget management. The lead management system your team works out of. And our appointment setter training.
What changes between packages
How many campaigns we run at once, whether we produce video creative for you, and how much of the lead handling and follow up we take on rather than your team.
Why HVAC contractors reach out
Leads inside 1 to 3 days
You are not waiting a quarter to find out whether this works. Campaigns launch fast and the first leads usually land within seventy two hours.
Exclusive to you
We are not selling the same homeowner to three of your competitors, and we work with one HVAC contractor per market.
A real lead management system
Every lead lands in one place with automated follow up, so nothing sits untouched for three days while a homeowner books someone else.
Over 200 contractors in
Peter has personally built and managed these campaigns. You are not getting handed off to a junior account manager who started last month.
No long term contract
Month to month. If it stops working for you, you are not locked into anything.
Appointment setter training included
Leads only turn into revenue if someone books them well. We train your team on how to handle them, and the training is free either way.
Find out what leads cost in your market
Book a demo call and we will look at your service area together, give you a realistic read on your cost per lead, and lay out the exact package pricing. No obligation, and you will get a straight answer even if we are not the right fit for you.
